Specialized Wound Care
We care for wounds gently and respectfully, developing a custom treatment plan fit for each individual in their unique stage. Our specialized team monitors each wound site for signs of infection. We believe in a personalized approach to skin and wound care to meet all of your wound care needs.
Rehabilitation
Our entire rehabilitation team is committed to creating individualized therapy programs that directly focus on personal goals. We encourage each resident to achieve their maximum potential of independence and ability through our Physical, Occupational, Speech and Music Therapies.
Dietary Program
Our dietary program offers an on staff Registered Dietitian who provides regular assessments and education to residents. We also offer a select menu offering residents several choices for meals. Our meals meet specific needs according to physician orders.
Activities Program
A positive and uplifting atmosphere can set the tone for a resident’s stay. We employ outgoing and friendly professional staff to create social programs and activities. We often specialize activities to match the capabilities and needs of each resident.
